Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre & Mission Critical Projects (Nordics)

  • Location: Finland, Sweden & Norway

  • Employment Type: Full-Time

  • Rotation: Typically 10 Days On / 4 Days Off OR 3 weeks on / 1 week off

  • Start Date: Ongoing Requirements

About the Opportunity

We are working with a number of leading contractors, engineering specialists, and project delivery organisations operating within the Data Centre, Mission Critical, Industrial, Energy, and Infrastructure sectors across the Nordic region.

Due to continued project awards and expansion plans, we are seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to support the commercial delivery of major construction projects ranging from €20M to multi-billion-euro developments.

These positions offer the opportunity to work on some of Europe's most significant and technically challenging projects while developing your career within a rapidly growing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontractor procurement, administration, and commercial performance.

  • Prepare and review valuations, variations, and final accounts.

  • Monitor project costs, budgets, and forecasts.

  • Assist with contract administration and commercial compliance.

  • Support tendering and procurement activities.

  • Prepare monthly cost reports and commercial updates.

  • Identify commercial risks and opportunities.

  • Work closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related discipline.

  • Previous experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure, MEP, industrial, pharmaceutical, energy, or mission-critical projects.

  • Strong understanding of commercial management principles.

  • Experience managing subcontractor accounts and commercial reporting.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
