Job description

​Due to a high volume of upcoming and active data centre projects across the Nordics, we are looking to connect with Quantity Surveyors (Junior to Senior QS) open to working on major mission-critical developments.

About the Role

These are long-term opportunities supporting hyperscale and large-scale builds across Norway, Finland, and Sweden, with a strong focus on MEP packages.

Responsibilities

  • Commercial management of MEP packages on data centre projects

  • Cost planning, procurement, and subcontractor management

  • Managing variations, valuations, and final accounts

  • Supporting project delivery teams on-site

  • Client-facing responsibilities and commercial reporting

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor (Junior)

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate)

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor (Senior QS)

Required Skills

  • Strong MEP experience (essential)

  • Data centre or mission-critical experience (highly preferred)

  • EU or UK passport (required for mobility)

  • Open to 3:1 rotation working model

  • Strong commercial and contractual understanding
