Job description

The consultant will be responsible for:

  • Delivering the agile scaling transformation program end-to-end

  • Acting as an ad interim Chapter Lead – Delivery Enablement, ensuring alignment between Product, Portfolio, and IT delivery

  • Drive the formalization of (secure) software development lifecycle standards & methods and its integration into the application lifecycle management.

The mission aims at improving:

  • Alignment between strategy, portfolio, and delivery

  • Predictability and performance of delivery

  • Internal capability in scaling roles (Agile, UX, QA)

  • Leadership alignment and adoption across entities

  • Compliance to regulation and audit

The consultant will work closely with IT leadership, Product Management, and delivery teams in Belgium and Germany.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in IT, engineering, or a related field

  • Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in IT delivery, agile environments, or large product organizations

  • Proven track record of

    implementing and running

    a scaled agile framework, ideally SAFe, in a pan‑European or multi‑country environment

  • Proven experience in defining and improving delivery practices, frameworks, or operating models

  • Experience in leading and developing teams in complex, cross-team or multi-country environments

  • Strong understanding of agile delivery, product-centric ways of working, and portfolio alignment

  • Solid analytical skills with experience in

    performance tracking

    and

    delivery metrics

  • Strong

    communication and

    stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

  • Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach

  • Collaborative leadership style with a focus on continuous improvement, learning, and delivery excellence

  • Good level of Dutch and/or French and English is required.
