Job description
Responsibilities:
Support large local agency and infrastructure projects through project coordination and administrative support
Manage project documentation, submissions, correspondence, and overall document control processes
Maintain meeting minutes, project logs, tracking reports, and invoicing documentation
Coordinate engineering review comments, revisions, and project records to ensure accurate processing and compliance
Work closely with engineering and project teams to support daily project operations and communication
Qualifications:
Engineering or construction-related background preferred
Experience with project coordination, document control, or project administration
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to understand project workflows and technical documentation
