Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Support large local agency and infrastructure projects through project coordination and administrative support

  • Manage project documentation, submissions, correspondence, and overall document control processes

  • Maintain meeting minutes, project logs, tracking reports, and invoicing documentation

  • Coordinate engineering review comments, revisions, and project records to ensure accurate processing and compliance

  • Work closely with engineering and project teams to support daily project operations and communication


Qualifications:

  • Engineering or construction-related background preferred

  • Experience with project coordination, document control, or project administration

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

  • Ability to understand project workflows and technical documentation
