​Primary Responsibilities

Own and manage theproduct backlog, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business value

Collaborate with stakeholders (business, engineering, operations) to defineproduct vision and roadmap

Translate business requirements intouser stories with acceptance criteria

DriveAgile ceremonies– sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives

Work closely with development and QA teams to ensuretimely delivery of features

Ensure solutions align withpower system workflows(generation, transmission, distribution)

Analyzeenergy management systemsto enhance product capabilities

Validate deliverables against acceptance criteria and business expectations

Monitor product performance and drivecontinuous improvement initiatives

Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across multiple teams

Technical / Domain Skills

Strong understanding ofPower Systems / Electrical Engineering concepts

Grid operations, load flow

Experience working withdigital platforms in energy/utilities domain

Familiarity withdata analytics, APIs, and system integrations

Knowledge ofcloud platforms (AWS/Azure)is a plus

Product & Agile Skills

Proven experience as aProduct Owner / Business Analyst / Product Manager

Strong knowledge ofAgile/Scrum methodologies

Expertise in tools likeJIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
