Role ​Responsibilities

1. Lead and guide Salesforce development teams and provide technical direction to business stakeholders.

2. Define and maintain Salesforce architecture, integration standards, and best practices.

3. Design and deliver new mobile features that improve customer experience, safety, compliance, and field operations.

4. Promote engineering excellence through clean coding, CI/CD, testing, security, performance optimization, and release management.

5. Ensure platform reliability and continuously improve development processes using automation and AI-driven tools.

Role Requirements

1. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (Energy & Utilities Cloud preferred), Apex, LWC, Flows, and API integrations.

2. Proven experience in solution architecture, engineering standards, coding best practices, and technical leadership across multiple teams.

3. Good knowledge of CI/CD processes, GitHub, deployment management, and software development lifecycle practices.

4. Ability to solve complex technical problems and influence technical decisions in large-scale digital environments.

5. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience, with knowledge of AI-enabled development, security standards, and data privacy requirements.
