Payroll Officer

Start date:01/07/26

End date:28/02/27

Remote work: 2 days possible (after the onboarding period)

Scope:

The Payroll Officer plays a key role in managing all aspects of payroll.

Their daily work, in collaboration with the rest of the team, contributes to the effective implementation of the group's salary policy.

They work closely with various stakeholders: the payroll service provider, the National Employment Office (ONEM), health insurance funds, and the entire Human Resources department to ensure that each employee receives the salary stipulated in their contract.

Responsibilities:

The Payroll Officer's role is structured around three main areas:

Payroll Management:

Collect, process, and verify payroll information: hours worked, paid leave, benefits, deductions, etc.

Verify information in accordance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

Administration:

Update and compile administrative documents in each employee's individual file, etc.

Serve as the point of contact for our HR colleagues for any questions related to the payroll of different employees (blue-collar workers, salaried employees, managers).

Compliance:

Monitor changes in legal regulations, social and tax policies.

Understand and integrate various internal policy changes.

Experience and Knowledge:

Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management (blue-collar, salaried, and managerial profiles).

Experience in an industrial setting is an advantage.

Experience in payroll management for large accounts.

Knowledge of payroll, social and tax law.

Good knowledge of eBlox (essential).

Excellent command of Excel (expert level).

Languages: French (written and spoken).
