The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced ELV Package Manager to join the delivery team on a major hyperscale Data Centre project in Norway. Working as part of a senior project team, you will take full ownership of the ELV package, leading delivery from installation through testing, commissioning and final handover. This role requires strong technical knowledge of mission-critical systems and the ability to manage subcontractors, programme, quality and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the ELV package, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

  • Manage Site Supervisors, subcontractors and specialist vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Coordinate installation, inspections, testing and commissioning activities with Construction, QA/QC and Commissioning teams.

  • Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues and ensure key milestones are achieved.

  • Ensure all works comply with project specifications, client requirements and industry standards.

  • Drive Health & Safety, quality and programme performance across all ELV systems.

  • Lead technical reviews, client meetings and project reporting.

  • Support system energisation, integrated testing, commissioning and final handover.

Essential Experience

Applicants should have proven experience delivering ELV packages within Data Centres.

  • Fire Alarm Systems

  • CCTV

  • Access Control

  • Intruder Alarm Systems

  • Structured Cabling

  • Fibre Optics

  • Building Management Systems (BMS)

  • Security Systems

  • Integrated Systems Commissioning

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as an ELV Package Manager, Senior Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Construction Manager.

  • A strong understanding of mission-critical electrical systems from installation through to commissioning.

  • Experience managing subcontractors, project programmes, quality and commercial interfaces.

  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • The ability to thrive within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment.
