​Role Summary

We are seeking an OpenShift Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, administering, and supporting Red Hat OpenShift container platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Red Hat OpenShift clusters.

• Manage Kubernetes/OpenShift resources, including pods, deployments, services, routes, and operators.

• Automate infrastructure and application deployment using CI/CD pipelines.

• Monitor cluster health, performance, capacity, and availability.

• Troubleshoot OpenShift, Kubernetes, networking, storage, and container-related issues.

• Implement security best practices, RBAC, policies, secrets management, and compliance controls.

• Integrate OpenShift with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise infrastructure.

• Support containerization of applications and migration from traditional platforms.

• Configure logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions.

• Collaborate with development teams to optimise application deployment and performance.

• Create and maintain operational documentation and runbooks.
