About the Role

We are looking for a BIM Manager to support BIM coordination, modeling, and project delivery for an established MEP design firm in NYC.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate BIM models for MEP projects.

• Work with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design teams.

• Develop and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and processes.

• Perform model coordination and identify design conflicts.

• Support project teams with BIM-related technical issues.

• Review models and drawings for accuracy and consistency.

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers.
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of MEP industry experience.

• Strong experience with Revit and AutoCAD.

• Experience with Navisworks preferred.

• Understanding of MEP systems and multidisciplinary coordination.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a hybrid NYC environment.
