We’re hiring a skilled Electrical Foreman to manage crews on commercial solar (PV) job sites. This role leads electricians and laborers, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in line with drawings, codes, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct field teams on solar construction projects

• Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and electrical diagrams

• Plan and coordinate materials, tools, and labor to meet deadlines

• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and project requirements

• Perform quality checks and resolve issues quickly

• Troubleshoot electrical systems using testing equipment

• Provide daily updates to project leadership and enforce safety standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (trade training a plus)

• 3+ years of experience leading crews in commercial electrical work

• Solar (PV) experience preferred

• OSHA 30 certification

• Strong knowledge of NEC

• Willingness to travel full-time for projects

• Valid driver’s license

Preferred:

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license

• Hands-on PV installation experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude
