• Strong hands-on experience in Golang application development.

• Extensive experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture.

• Strong understanding of Distributed Systems and Cloud-Native Development principles.

• Experience designing scalable, highly available, and resilient applications.

• Expertise in REST API design and enterprise integration patterns.

• Knowledge of Azure cloud services and container-based deployment platforms.

• Experience with Document Databases, NoSQL technologies, and data modelling.

• Proven experience leading Agile engineering teams and technical delivery initiatives.

• Strong solution design, architecture governance, and technical decision-making capabilities.

• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
