CMDB Specialist

Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)

We are supporting a major organisation undergoing a significant digital transformation programme and are looking for an experienced CMDB Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of a centralised Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

As the CMDB Specialist, you will take ownership of the end-to-end CMDB implementation lifecycle, from strategy and design through deployment and continuous improvement.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience designing and implementing CMDB solutions within large enterprise environments.

• Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITIL frameworks.

• Proven experience leading complex IT transformation or service management projects.

• Deep understanding of Change Management processes and governance.

• Experience defining CMDB data models and configuration management frameworks.

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and application landscapes.

• Ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  

Languages

Fluent English (essential)

Dutch or French (highly desirable)
