Job Title: Estimating Manager

Location: Lisbon - Office Based - Full Time

Reports Into: Senior Pre-Construction Manager

The Estimating Manager – CSA will take ownership of all Civil, Structural, and Architectural estimating activities during the pre-construction phase. The role involves producing accurate and commercially competitive cost estimates, leading tendering activities, and supporting successful project acquisition across major construction developments

Essential Requirements

• Degree qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline

• Experience in estimating roles with significant exposure to CSA packages

• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, materials, and CSA systems

• Proven experience producing detailed estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities

• Proficiency in estimating and take-off software such as CostX, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel.
