​Enterprise Architect

Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)

We are partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a major digital and enterprise transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to help shape the future of its technology landscape

As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a key role in defining and governing enterprise-wide architecture standards, principles, and decision-making processes.

​

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture within large-scale organisations.

• Proven experience developing enterprise architecture strategies, governance models, and operating frameworks.

• Strong experience facilitating Architecture Review Boards (ARBs) and governance processes.

• Experience with application portfolio management and architecture assessment methodologies.

• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture patterns and platform governance.

• Experience defining enterprise-wide standards, principles, and reference architectures.

• Strong understanding of architecture compliance, risk management, and governance frameworks.

• Experience supporting large-scale transformation and modernisation initiatives.

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of TOGAF, ArchiMate, Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

• Knowledge of French, Dutch, or German
