CSA Project Manager – Data Centre & Mission Critical Projects (Nordics)
Location: Finland, Sweden & Norway
Employment Type: Full-Time
Rotation: Typically 10 Days On / 4 Days Off (Project Dependent)

About the Opportunity
A leading international contractor delivering major Data Centre, Mission Critical, Industrial, and Infrastructure projects across Europe is seeking experienced CSA Project Managers to join its growing project delivery teams across the Nordic region.
The CSA Project Manager will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of Civil, Structural, and Architectural works across major construction projects, ensuring performance against safety, quality, programme, and commercial objectives.
Working closely with project leadership, MEP teams, commercial functions, commissioning teams, and client representatives, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving project success from early works through to final handover.
This is an opportunity to work on some of Europe's largest and most technically advanced construction projects while leading multidisciplinary site teams in a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Civil, Structural, and Architectural works throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure CSA activities are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Take ownership of project milestones, deliverables, and overall CSA performance.
Act as the primary point of contact for CSA-related matters with project leadership and client teams.
Team Management & Coordination
Lead, mentor, and manage site-based CSA teams, supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors.
Establish clear objectives, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
Promote effective collaboration across all project functions.
Drive accountability and high-performance standards throughout the delivery team.
Planning & Interface Management
Manage construction sequencing, logistics, and delivery planning.
Coordinate interfaces between CSA, MEP, commissioning, logistics, and client teams.
Identify and resolve constructability, access, and programme challenges.
Ensure works are executed in accordance with project schedules and milestones.
Safety, Quality & Compliance
Champion a strong safety culture across all CSA activities.
Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements, local legislation, and industry best practices.
Oversee inspections, quality assurance processes, ITPs, and defect management activities.
Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
Commercial & Contract Management
Support commercial teams with subcontractor management, variations, claims, and change control.
Monitor project progress against budgets and programme requirements.
Identify and mitigate delivery risks and commercial impacts.
Ensure subcontractor performance aligns with contractual obligations.
Handover & Project Close-Out
Lead CSA handover activities through to commissioning and client acceptance.
Ensure documentation, inspections, snagging, testing, and as-built information are completed.
Support phased and final handovers in line with project requirements.
Drive successful project completion and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience delivering major construction projects.
Previous experience as a CSA Project Manager, CSA Lead, Senior Construction Manager, Construction Manager, or similar leadership position.
Strong understanding of civil works, structures, architectural fit-out, external works, and underground services.
Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors.
Strong planning, programme management, and coordination skills.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to operate effectively within complex, fast-paced project environments.
Fluent English communication skills.
Preferred Experience
Data Centre or Mission Critical project experience.
Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Energy, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing project experience.
Experience working on projects exceeding €100M in value.
Previous experience managing large subcontractor workforces.
Exposure to phased handover and commissioning environments.
