About the Opportunity

Our clients are delivering some of the largest construction and engineering projects across the Nordic region and are seeking experiencedCommercial Managersto oversee commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.

You will play a key role in managing project finances, contractual compliance, procurement strategies, risk management, and commercial reporting while supporting successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial activities across major construction projects.

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting.

• Oversee subcontractor procurement and contract administration.

• Manage variations, claims, and final account negotiations.

• Identify and mitigate commercial risks.

• Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial obligations.

• Support project leadership with commercial decision-making.

• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related discipline.

• Experience managing commercial functions on major construction projects.

• Strong understanding of contract administration and commercial risk.

• Experience leading commercial teams and managing multiple work packages.

• Excellent financial, analytical, and reporting capabilities.

• Previous experience within Data Centres, Infrastructure, Energy, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, or Mission Critical environments is beneficial.
