​CSA Supervisor – Finland

As a CSA Supervisor, you will oversee the daily execution of civil, structural, and architectural activities on a data‑center construction site. You will ensure all work is delivered safely, accurately, and in alignment with project timelines and technical requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise CSA activities — manage on‑site civil, structural, and architectural works, including concrete, steel structures, building envelope, and interior finishes.

• Coordinate subcontractors and manage day‑to‑day site operations

• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and HSE regulations

• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the CSA Lead or Project Manager

• Resolve site issues and collaborate with other disciplines, including MEP teams.

• Support inspections, quality reviews, and handover processes.
  

Requirements

• Experience supervising CSA works on large‑scale construction projects

• Background in civil, structural, or architectural construction

• Experience with data centers, industrial facilities, or major commercial builds is an advantage

• Ability to interpret drawings and method statement

• Strong on‑site leadership, communication, and coordination skills

• A hands‑on, solution‑driven approach to managing field challenges
