Working at the heart of the programme, you’ll collaborate with Business Readiness, Training, and Programme teams to ensure our people are not just aware of change — but ready for it.
Change Communications Executive - What You’ll Be Doing
Drive Engagement Through Strategic Communications
Develop and deliver a clear, targeted communications plan aligned to programme and business readiness objectives
Build strong engagement with stakeholders across the organisation, driving awareness, understanding, and buy-in
Tailor messaging to different audiences to support successful adoption of change
Create High-Impact Content
Produce engaging internal communications across multiple channels — including newsletters, intranet content, presentations, town halls, videos, and podcasts
Translate complex updates into clear, accessible, and compelling messaging
Develop briefing packs and maintain a centralised FAQ hub to support consistent communication
Support Change & Transformation
Craft empathetic, benefit-led messaging that addresses concerns and drives behavioural change
Help colleagues understand not just what is changing, but why it matters and how it impacts them
Collaborate Across Teams
Partner closely with Business Readiness Leads, Training teams, and programme stakeholders
Ensure alignment between communications, training materials, and programme milestones
Measure & Improve
Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of communications
Gather feedback and continuously refine your approach to maximise impact
Champion Consistency & Brand
Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and tone of voice
Maintain templates and visual consistency across programme materials
Be Ready for Critical Moments
Support the development of clear, timely communications during programme risks or issues
What We’re Looking For
A confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
You’ll bring:
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
Experience delivering internal communications for change or transformation programmes
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Creativity across multiple communication formats and channels
High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
