​Title: Business Analyst – AI Adoption & Digital Transformation

4 days a week onsite at client site

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support AI adoption initiatives within a global enterprise environment. You'll work with business and technology stakeholders to identify, qualify, and deliver AI use cases that improve productivity, research, knowledge management, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, qualify, and prioritise AI business use cases and requirements.

• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

• Partner with stakeholders to drive AI adoption and change initiatives.

• Coordinate with product, technology, and business teams to deliver AI solutions.

• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through AI-enabled solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or Digital Transformation professional.

• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.

• Experience with business process improvement and change initiatives.

• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

• Exposure to Enterprise ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar AI platforms.

• Experience supporting AI adoption, innovation, or digital transformation programmes.

• Background in product operations, technology enablement, or consulting.
