Business Analyst - Digital & Operational Transformation

Midlands Based | £400-£600 per day | Pay Status TBC

6 Month Initial Contract | Expected August Start | Hybrid Working

About Our Client

Our client is a leading consultancy that has partnered with a major utility organisation to deliver a significant digital and operational transformation programme. With mobilisation expected around August, they are looking to engage experienced Business Analysts to support requirements gathering, process improvement and transformation delivery activities.

The programme is expected to focus on operational performance, customer experience, business process optimisation and technology-enabled change across a range of business functions.

Job Description

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops across operational and technical teams

• Produce current and future state process maps

• Support solution design, business change and delivery activities

• Conduct impact assessments and gap analysis exercises

• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and operational efficiencies

• Support testing, implementation and business readiness activities

• Work closely with Project Managers, SMEs and technical teams

• Produce high-quality business requirements and functional documentation

• Support the successful delivery of transformation outcomes
  

The Successful Applicant

• Proven Business Analysis experience within transformation programmes

• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement capability

• Experience producing process maps, gap analysis and business requirements documentation

• Understanding of operational and digital transformation initiatives

• Experience working across both business and technology stakeholders

• Strong communication and facilitation skills

• Utilities, infrastructure or regulated industry experience advantageous

• Consultancy experience beneficial
