​Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented MEP BIM Specialist with strong Revit experience to support the design and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This role will be responsible for developing high-quality BIM models, ensuring clash-free coordination, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed BIM models for MEP systems using Revit

• Generate 2D drawings, layouts, and construction documents from BIM models

• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar tools

• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and architectural teams

• Ensure all models meet BIM standards, project requirements, and client expectations

• Update models based on RFIs, design revisions, and field changes

• Participate in coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts

• Assist with quantity take-offs and model-based documentation

• Maintain and improve BIM libraries, templates, and workflows

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in MEP BIM modeling

• Strong hands-on experience with Revit (MEP) is required

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Navisworks

• Solid understanding of MEP systems and construction coordination

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
