​AWS Architect - Energy Company

We’re supporting an energy company with the expansion of their Technology team. This opportunity would suit an experienced AWS Architect who enjoys working closely with both technical and business stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and future-focused cloud solutions. The role will play a key part in supporting strategic transformation initiatives, modernising technical capability, and shaping cloud architecture across a complex environment.

• London

• Up to £95,000 + bonus + benefits

• Hybrid / Flexible working including a 4-day week
  

You’ll be involved in:

• Designing and defining cloud-based architecture solutions across multiple programmes

• Supporting the development of scalable and secure AWS environments

• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to assess technical feasibility and delivery approaches

• Translating business objectives into practical cloud solutions

• Contributing to proof of concepts, innovation initiatives, and future operating models

• Providing architectural guidance across delivery and transformation activities
  

Key requirements:

• Previous experience in an AWS Architect / Cloud Architect role

• Strong experience designing solutions within AWS environments

• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience working across enterprise or complex technology landscapes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Commercial awareness and understanding of business impact
