Qualification / Experience

  • A-level education or above with relevant qualifications to their recruitment area
  • Experience in Renewable Energy / Financial Services (depending on role)
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in recruitment
  • Excellent people management and relationship building ability
  • Experience in Sales / Business Development including cold calling   
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Driven to succeed and hit targets

Due to increase in demand from our clients and growth of the company Vallum Associates is looking for an in-house development and recruitment trainer to help to ensure that all our employers are properly trained and armed to develop their career within Vallum Associates.

Role:

Working very closely with the COO you will be tasked with ensuring that the company has an extensive serious of recruitment and personal development programmes in place which promotes organic growth and self-improvements.

The Role of the recruitment trainer is to ensure that the Growth of the company is matched with organic growth of its talent.  You will be responsible for putting together a serious of recruitment training programmes such as:

Academy programme: You will put together an academy programme for the company to ensure that there is steady pipeline of talent organically grown.

Set up bespoke individual training programmes at all levels aimed at improving existing skills and developing new ones to better conduct their work.

Set up a company starter training programme at various levels (Foundation / Intermediary and advanced)

Career development: help set out the career development plans and training
